Update on Hotels and Airline Travel PLEASE READ!

TRIBE families who were attending the NEQ in Philadlephia that their hotel rooms that were booked with the housing company directly OR through the booking links provided on the team pages will be cancelled automatically and there should be NO penalties assessed.  They do not need to contact me or the housing company for this reason.

Regarding the FL Regional and FL Volleyball Challenge at the end of April in Orlando...  As of today those events have NOT yet been cancelled.  Parents again should just stand by because IF / when the event cancels the Team Travel Source housing group will take care of cancelling automatically with NO penalties and no need to contact me OR TTS.  This includes all rooms booked through their booking link which was provided on the team web pages or IF anyone called TTS directly to make their reservations.  TTS has advised to tell parents NOT to cancel on their own now ~ since there will be a penalty imposed as indicated on their booking confirmation if they do this ahead of any event cancellation.

Of course for those who booked on their own outside the tournament housing offered ~ are on their own :)

One additional reminder regarding the group airline tickets.  The tickets purchased are non-refundable and the airlines are making concessions to waive any change penalty (normally $200) to reissue those tickets for future travel to be completed within 1 year of the issue date.  Anyone with a group ticket wishing to use that value for another trip (anywhere) should call our office and we will take care of that exchange.

Thanks to all for their patience and understanding while all of this gets sorted out!

Stay Safe & Enjoy each day!

Please read this in its entirety before making any changes or cancellations to your current reservation.

2020 - Florida Volleyball Challenge will no longer be taking place on April 24-26 due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. The safety of athletes and their families is a top priority to both Florida Volleyball and Team Travel Source. As advised by the CDC, public gatherings of over 50 guests are to be avoided as a precaution to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

IMPORTANT: If you made a reservation through Team Travel Source, we will automatically cancel your reservation. Please do not cancel on your own as you will automatically be charged the TTS cancellation fee. No action is required on your end at this time. Team Travel Source will reach out to you directly if we have any issues regarding your reservation. You may receive a confirmation email once we have cancelled that will list the cancellation policy but please rest assured, you will not be charged the Team Travel Source cancellation fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Team Travel Source will also ensure the hotels are notified of your reservation cancellation. Due to the expected high call volume, we kindly ask that you not contact the hotel directly for cancellations. We are working diligently with them to ensure your reservations are cancelled and have requested all cancellation fees are waived/refunded.

**Florida Volleyball has plans to reschedule this event, and as soon as the details are finalized, we will send another email regarding the process to book rooms for the new date!**

A few Tribe Principles - How we Learn (Mindful Reps) / Developing a Growth Mindset

The Tribe Way

Together we are better

"By centering our coaching on correct principles, we create a solid foundation for development. Unlike ideas based on people or things which are subject to frequent and immediate change, correct principles do not change. They don't depend on the behavior of others or the current fad for their validity. They are not here one day and gone the next. Even in the midst of people or circumstances that seem to ignore principles,we can be secure in the knowledge that principles are bigger than people or circumstances and that thousands of years of history have seen them triumph, time and time again." - Stephen R. Covey
