Coaches Comments

Monday Workout:

1) Plank Shoulder Touches: 3 sets of 20

2) Pelvic Raises: 3 sets of 10 (type pelvic raise in google...tons of examples)

3) Shin Crunches: 2 sets of 20 ( lift shoulder off of the floor and touch shin with opposite hand)

Wednesday Workout:

1) Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 20 ( Use two chairs or chair and couch and go down all the way...google)

2) Rotator Cuffs: Need Elastic band. 3 sets of 10 each arm. Google Rotator Cuffs Volleyball. Click on guy with bands. Pick first exercise he shows out of 4.

3) Wall Push Ups: 3 sets of 15 Keep body flat/still and go all the way down against the wall.

Friday/Saturday Workout:

1) Reverse Crunch Scissor Kicks: 3 sets of 20 Keep butt down. Keep core tight. See link below for explanation.

2) Full sit ups: Back to Back 3 sets of 15  All one motion, don't use your back to pull up. See link below for explanation.

3) V-Ups: 3 sets of 20. See link below for explanation.
